To make a record breaking anthology
Terms and conditions
1. Pay at least £1 through our Crowdfunder and submit one piece of writing to [email protected] by 1000 submissions. One payment gives you one inclusion; paying more does not give you more inclusions. You must be 18 or over. Maximum length: 2000 words.
2. We will include every timely, eligible piece, regardless of literary merit. You must own the rights needed to submit it and have permission for any material by others. We cannot publish material that is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights. If there is a problem, we will explain it and give you a reasonable opportunity to send a replacement. If we cannot include your piece, we will refund your inclusion payment.
3. We will not edit your words, spelling, punctuation or title.
4. You keep copyright. You give The Open Press a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, distribute your work aspart of this anthology ONLY, and to use accurate extracts to promote it ONLY. You may publish it elsewhere. We will credit your chosen name or pseudonym. No royalties are payable.
5. A copy of the anthology will be available via our Linktree once the submission deadline is reached. If we cancel the anthology/ cannot deliver your inclusion within a reasonable time, we will refund your inclusion payment. Crowdfunder’s payment terms also apply.
If you are a UK consumer paying online, you may cancel within 14 days of payment. We use your contact and payment details to manage your submission.
