The Cause
Utilita Giving, established by Utilita Energy in 2022, is dedicated to alleviating and preventing the hardship caused by fuel and food poverty while raising public awareness about this critical issue.
They have sparked a powerful movement of generosity, uniting fans, communities, and supporters to tackle fuel and food poverty.
Backed by the passion and dedication of thousands of people, they’ve created real, lasting impact for vulnerable individuals and families.
The collective effort of Luxion staff, corporate partners and supporters has raised over £200k, through sponsored challenges and events such as charity golf days and football takeover days. Football fans have rallied behind football takeover days where they have come together to raise awareness and funds at multiple clubs across the country.
One Call, That's All
Utilita Giving, believe that no one should have to struggle alone. That’s why they launched ‘One Call, That’s All’ - an innovative pilot tackling fuel and food poverty with compassion, dignity, and long-lasting impact. Over two years, this pilot will provide 6,000 people with personalised, needs-led support through a single point of access.
With just one referral, individuals can access all the help they need - without having to repeat their story multiple times. This ensures a seamless, dignified experience and delivers coordinated, life-changing support when it’s needed most.

Terms and Conditions – “The World is your Oyster - Another chance to WIN!” Competition
Who are we
We are Utilita Energy Limited of Hutwood Court, Bournemouth Road, Chandler's Ford, Eastleigh SO53 3QB, a limited company registered in England and Wales under company registration number 04849181 and with VAT number: 823818422 (“Utilita”). “We”, “our” or “us” shall be construed as references to Utilita.
We are the promoter and responsible for administering this prize draw competition.
Crowdfunder Ltd of 3 Southview House, St Austell Enterprise Park, Carclaze, St Austell, Cornwall, PL25 4EJ, a limited company registered in England and Wales under company registration number 07821511(“Crowdfunder”) is responsible for facilitating entries for the prize via their website: www.crowdfunder.co.uk (“the Platform”). Utilita Giving, a charity registered with the Charity Commission under charity number 1201330 (“Utilita Giving”) is responsible for the provision and fulfilment of the prize. Accordingly, additional terms and conditions may apply in relation to the prize. Your details will be passed onto the relevant party to facilitate the prize and contact details for this party will be provided to the winner.
All proceeds of this prize draw competition will be donated to our charity partner, Utilita Giving. The aim of Utilita Giving is to support people out of fuel and food poverty in England, Scotland, and Wales. Further details about Utilita Giving can be found here: https://www.utilitagiving.org/.
By entering this prize draw competition:
you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and any other applicable third-party company terms; and
you are confirming that you are eligible and capable of entering this prize draw competition.

The prize draw
The title of this prize draw competition is “The World is your Oyster”.
All eligible participants have the chance to win a holiday up to and including the value of £2,000 (“the Prize”).
The Prize can be used for a holiday both in the UK and abroad to include flights and accommodation (“the Holiday”).
The location, timing and details of the Holiday can be decided by the winner of the prize draw (“the Winner”) subject to:
the Winner obtaining manager approval for their annual leave at the time of the Holiday or the Holiday not occurring during the Winner’s standard working hours; and
approval by Utilita Giving, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
The Prize will be provided by Utilita Giving by way of payment directly to the Winner’s chosen travel agency or holiday provider towards the Holiday at the point of booking. The Winner is required to provide details of the chosen travel agency or holiday provider and provide any necessary consents to Utilita Giving to enable Utilita Giving to:
make payment towards the Holiday; and
confirm details of the holiday to ensure that the Prize is being used in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The Prize is not a ‘cash prize’ and no sums will be paid directly to the Winner. In the event that the Holiday is below the value of £2,000, Utilita Giving reserves the right to retain any remaining prize sums following payment of the Holiday.
The Prize does not include:
any travel in the UK to include either to or from an airport unless otherwise agreed;
any other expenses unless otherwise agreed by Utilita or Crowdfunder; or
travel insurance.
Please note that any holiday arrangements (including but not limited to the airline, airport, flight dates, flight route, flight stop overs, transfers and accommodation) are subject to availability and the prior agreement with the airline, travel company or accommodation provider as appropriate.
If you wish to upgrade any element of the Prize, for example, flights, hotel or anything which increases the value or cost of the Prize to over £2,000, you may do so with prior permission of Utilita but will be liable for the additional cost above the value of £2,000. This will be payable by you immediately at the point of booking.
How to enter
This prize draw competition will run from 12:00 midday on 01 May 2026 (the “Opening Date”) to 12:00 midday on 29 May 2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period”).
Each entry ticket for this prize draw competition costs £5 per individual ticket or £20 for 5 tickets. There is no limit to the number of tickets you can purchase subject to the applicable platform rules.
To enter this prize draw competition, all you need to do is:
scan the barcode available on the “The World is your Oyster” posters available at each Luxion site or visit https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/anotherchance; or
on the Platform:
create an account;
select the number of tickets you wish to purchase; and
pay the appropriate amount per ticket; or
complete a postal entry using the information provided on the Crowdfunder website and including your full name, contact details and the name of the prize draw with correct paid postage and sending to: Keira Meadus, Utilita Energy Ltd, Hutwood Court, Bournemouth Road, Chandler's Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3QB.
Upon entry, the Platform will send you confirmation of the e-tickets you have purchased to the email address associated with your Platform account.
We will not accept entries that:
are incomplete, illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with; or
have been obtained by any of the following means:
automatically generated by computer;
completed by third parties; or
in bulk.
Any person found to be using such methods will be disqualified from this prize draw competition.
Eligibility
Entrants for the prize draw competition must meet the eligibility criteria.
This prize draw competition is available to all employees of the Luxion Group including: Luxion Group Limited, Utilita Energy Limited, Utilita Field Services Limited, Luxion Sales Limited, Procode Technology Limited, Luxion Renewables Limited, Canary Care Global Limited and Trust Power Limited, resident in England, Wales or Scotland, aged 18 years or over, except:
employees who are professionally connected with this prize draw competition or its administration; and
employees who are in any period of gardening leave or notice period.
We reserve the rights to exclude you from this prize draw competition and/or disqualify you from the draw if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of this prize draw competition.
Winners
The draw will be conducted by the Utilita marketing team using online random name generating software and overseen by two members of our senior management team during the first two weeks following the Closing Date (the “Winning Draw Date”).
The winner of the Prize will be drawn at random from the list of entrants, provided by Crowdfunder. Reserve winners will be drawn at the same time to allow for the possibility that the Prize may go unclaimed and needs to be redrawn.
If the Prize is still unclaimed, it will be redrawn up to two further times. If the Prize has not been claimed by the end of this process, the Prize will be permanently withdrawn.
If you are the winner of the Prize, we will contact you personally as soon as possible after the Winning Draw Date. We will continue to make reasonable efforts to contact you up to a maximum of 5 working days following the Winning Draw Date.
The Winner will have 5 working days from the Winning Draw Date to claim the Prize by:
telling us you wish to accept the Prize, which can be done by phone, email or post;
completing our eligibility verification procedures;
providing any proof of identity or address that we require; and
providing any further details that we reasonably require to deliver or provide the Prize to you.
If the Winner does not claim the Prize by this date, their claim will become invalid. In these circumstances, the prize will be deemed unclaimed and redrawn in accordance with these terms.
The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the Winner's behalf. The Prize may only be claimed and taken by the Winner along with any accompanying passenger notified to Utilita.
We do not accept any responsibility if the Winner is not able to take up the Prize.
We reserve the right to request written proof of the Winner's identity (usually in the form of a certified copy of the winner’s passport or driver's licence and proof of address in the form of a utility bill). In the event that the winner cannot provide us with proof of identity which is reasonably acceptable to us, we may withdraw the Prize and select another winner using the process described above.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-exchangeable. No cash or equivalent, or alternative, will be offered or given. No element of the Prize may be changed by the winner. We and/or Crowdfunder reserve the right to substitute the Prize of similar value in the event of non-availability of the Prize or the Prize cannot be awarded for reasons beyond our reasonable control. In the event Winner does not accept the substitution, you will forfeit your right to the Prize.
The Winner may not re-sell, exchange, gift, or transfer the Prize.
If appropriate, the Winner and any accompanying passenger(s) travelling outside of the United Kingdom must have a valid passport to travel and must meet all relevant VISA and/or other entry requirements including (but not limited to) security, medical screening or similar.
We are not responsible for providing the Winner or any accompanying passenger with any travel advice. We recommend that you visit: https://travelaware.campaign.gov.uk/ and https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice for further information and/or seek your own independent travel advice.
Limitation of liability
So far as it is permitted by law, all conditions, warranties, and representations expressed or implied by are law are hereby excluded.
So far as it is permitted by law, we and our associated companies and agents are not responsible for:
any direct, indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, disappointment, personal injury or death occurring as a result of claiming or utilising the Prize, except where it is caused by our negligence or our agents, distributers or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected; or
any unforeseeable losses and liabilities, or any other loss or damage that you may incur which is not an obvious consequence of providing this prize draw competition or the Prize, or where the failure is due to circumstances that are beyond our or any third party’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:
any postponement or cancellation of this prize draw competition or the Prize;
any inaccuracies of data submitted in relation to this prize draw competition or the Prize;
any incorrectly completed, lost or delayed notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents or rewards related to this prize draw competition or the Prize;
any inability to claim the Prize;
any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential) you may suffer in relation to this prize draw competition or the Prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
We do not exclude or limit any liability in relation to personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for fraud.
Data protection and publicity
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purposes of this prize draw competition that you may enter and in accordance with these terms. By entering this prize draw competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry (or entries) may be held and used by us or our agents, suppliers and other applicable third parties in order to administer this prize draw competition and/or the Prize.
In addition to the above, we may also request your consent to publish and/or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. This may include announcing the winner on the relevant social media platform and/or placing the surname and home county of the winner on our website. We may also request that the winner participates in publicity events organised by us or any applicable third party including (without limitation) photo, recording, video and/or filming session(s).
You agree that we shall have the right to use all the resulting publicity materials in any media and in any manner we see fit, unless you advise us at the time of entering this prize draw competition, or upon winning the Prize, that you wish to retain your anonymity. No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to any engagement for publicity events or the use of publicity materials.
If you object to your details being published or made available, or you object to taking part in any required publicity events, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Please note that even if you object, we are still required by law to provide information relating to the Prize, including (without limitation) your surname, your home county and any request to remain anonymous, to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

General
We may, in our absolute discretion, change these terms, extend or reduce the Prize Draw Period without notice at any time.
If there is any reason to believe that you have breached these terms and conditions, or we suspect there has been fraud, abuse or conduct which affects the proper operation of this prize draw competition, we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this prize draw competition or otherwise declare any claim of the Prize void without liability.
We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend this prize draw competition where it becomes necessary to do so with immediate effect and without liability to you.
We reserve the right to correct any technical errors in the administration of this prize draw competition with immediate effect and without liability to you; for example, where a technical error results in a participant being unfairly advantaged or disadvantaged.
Our decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into with you or any other third party regarding our decision in relation to this prize draw competition and/or the Prize.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid by any law, rule, order, or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and both you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
