We're excited to launch our Annual Leave Prize Draw, in support of the Costa Foundation, giving everyone working in an equity store the opportunity to win a Week's Annual Leave while supporting the life-changing work of the Costa Foundation.
This year, we're making it bigger than ever. Previously exclusive to Store Managers, the competition is now open to all equity store team members, whether you're full-time or part-time.
What's up for grabs?
- One winner per region
- Winners will be selected at random
- Winners will be announced at the Regional Festive Roadshows
- Winners will be eligible for a Week’s annual leave (or cash equivalent).
Who can enter?
The prize draw is open to all team members working in Costa equity stores, including full-time and part-time team members. To be eligible, you must be employed by Costa Coffee at the time of entry and when the winners are drawn.

How to enter
- £3 donation = 1 entry
- £5 donation = 3 entries
