Raising funds to present An Evening in Vienna in November 2026; continuing Opera Caledonia's commitment to quality music making in Scotland.
Opera Caledonia is delighted to be presenting "An Evening in Vienna" at Stockbridge Church, Edinburgh on Saturday 28th November - our biggest and most ambitious event to date.
Soprano Juliet Montgomery and baritone Aidan Edwards will be joined by The Opera Caledonia Ensemble, led by esteemed violinist Anthony Moffat and conducted by Derek Clark, Scottish Opera's celebrated former Head of Music.
Together they will present a charming programme of operetta featuring the music of Strauss, Lehár and more - a concert designed to appeal to both regular concertgoers and operatic newcomers alike!
With no previous support from public funding bodies such as Creative Scotland, Opera Caledonia events are made possible thanks to the generous support of a small group of individuals who share in Opera Caledonia's passion and vision for quality music making in Scotland.
We are passionate about sharing the beauty of live music with audiences. Any support to help us present "An Evening in Vienna" will be much appreciated and will help us deliver the best concert we can.
