Let’s get the Ambulance-Exhibit back on the road!

Aim

Repairs to Doug Crabtree’s Ambulance Exhibit are needed. Please help. The Ambulance is hugely successful and brings people into activism.

This fundraiser is to pay for repairs to the new Palestine Healthcare Exhibition Ambulance. 

Artist Douglas Crabtree, JeninHorse_Reborn Instagram link completely self funded, built and fitted out an ex ambulance with medical equipment, TV screens and education materials, to create a mobile and versatile exhibition and education centre with the aim to bring the truth about the Zionist Entity's attack on healthcare in Gaza.

The ability it has to cut through the propaganda and tour Europe as a free resource that Palestine liberation groups can utilise, is invaluable.

Unfortunately, due to serving a hard life as an ambulance, on the recent tour of Scotland where an estimated 4000+ people were engaged, the water pump failed, causing the engine to overheat and the head gasket to fail. 

The cost of a new head gasket and water pump with other associated costs was estimated at around £1800, however this would be only repairing one aspect of what is a high milage and tired engine. 

With many more miles expected to be driven on its mission the decision has been made to fit a brand new reconditioned engine (£2600) with an estimated labour cost of £1500. 

This is on top of the thousands already spent building the ambulance. 

It is appreciated that at this time money should be going to Gaza, however this unique resource is vital in cutting through the noise and telling the stories of the Palestinian medics.
