Aim
Raising funds for bus fares to ensure our support and activities are accessible to all who need us.
From our 5 Welcome centres across North Somerset, RWNS provides welcome meals, volunteering opportunities, support accessing services and more general friendship and practical help. We also put on sports and activities such as Capoeira, football training and peace feasts.
Our friends claiming asylum only receive £9.58 per week allowance which makes public transport out of budget.
We would love to be able to offer bus fares (£4 per session) to ensure nobody has to miss out.
