Let's cut to the chase; you're here to see what we're all about so i'll keep things short and sweet:
We need £5,000 to get our beer bus Alfie's, off the ground and operational.
What is Alfie's?
To put simply, Alfie's is a mobile beer bus that brings the beautiful taste of hand crafted ales to you! As we're based in Cardiff we've focussed on independent Welsh breweries who create awesome beers in small batches using fresh ingredients and a massive dose of passion! We're available for weddings, corporate events, festivals and everything inbetween!
We've got a big idea but for it to come to life we need a little help from you!
The BIG Idea!
The craft beer scene has grown rapidly over the past few years and is growing more still with customers opting for hand crafted, independent breweries over the larger, more commercial brands. Although we're focussing on Welsh beer, we can't hide from the fact that there are some wonderfully tasty beers on the continent so these will be available alongside their Welsh brothers.
We're well aware that a mobile bar isn't exactly original but there aren't many people out there doing it like us!
Not to mention in a converted ice cream van!
Oh did we forget to mention that? Yes, Alfie's Beer Bus will be a converted ice cream van!
Money Talks...
The £5,000 may seem like a lot for a van and a couple of crates of beer but we need some kit to get things up and running! Things including:
- The van - £1,500
- Van refurb - £1,000
- Licenses & legal stuff - £1,200
- Stock - £1,300
With all these things we have every confidence that Alfie's Beer Bus can be a roaring success. If you are willing to help by donating we will be eternally grateful. Craft ale is a true passion of ours and the truth is... we're only getting started!
