Aldermoor Farm Donation Week

Aim
We are raising funds to offer more therapeutic gardening sessions and expand our volunteering program.
We know that life can throw us all challenges. That's why, here at Aldermoor Farm, we love to support and nurture people as we nurture the land. One of the ways we do this is through our Therapeutic Gardening sessions. This year we want to offer more sessions to those facing challenges. With the money raised we will offer 36 additional sessions to those struggling with mental health, loneliness and isolation, and/or grief and loss. All participants will then be invited to join our volunteer team where they will receive support, mentoring, and training for the role they undertake. We will also make improvements to our poly-tunnel and create a covered 'wash and pack' area for volunteers to organise and sort produce so that we can maintain productivity and volunteer activity all year round.
