Through this 'pay it forward scheme' we aim to keep Albion going by paying essential bills and meeting our obligations to suppliers
Plymouth Albion’s proud pedigree and traditions extends back over 150 years.
In the modern era elite level rugby demands we are also a functioning business.
Yes, Rugby Union is our product and like any other business cash flow is our lifeblood.
Coronavirus put an abrupt STOP on our income streams when the Government Lockdown was implemented. Furthermore, the vagaries of the Government funding support, together with our Bankers intransigence currently appear to pass us by. Nevertheless, we still have wages to pay and obligations to meet.
With much needed cashflow in mind we are respectfully asking our fans and supporters to step up to the plate and help us through this short-term funding challenge. By ‘Forward Paying’ for season tickets, match day entrance, specialist memberships and loads of other Albion products, you will be helping us through the troubled waters of the Coronavirus shut down.
I’m calling our crowd funding initiative – ‘The Albion 2020 Heroes!’
There’s nothing as clear as 2020 vision. You can see our challenge is now.
We ask project owners to honour their rewards wherever possible but please note that all pledges are donations and there is no guarantee that you will receive any rewards from the project owner. Please see Crowdfunder's Terms of Use for more information regarding rewards for pledges.
