On September 6th we are attempting the 3km swim from Albania to Corfu again, joined by two new recruits!

The Agios Martinos Five, Diana, Lotte, Olivia, Miranda and Lulu are swimming from one country to another to protect the Ionian Sea, its wildlife and island communities.

All money raised will go to the Ionian Environment Foundation (IEF), a locally led organisation funding marine initiatives such as rapid rescue and research for stranded dolphins and whales, protecting the endangered monk seal, the Ionian Dolphin Project, which monitors and safeguards dolphin populations; and a new sustainable sailing programme to help charter boats reduce their impact on the fragile Posidonia seagrass meadows.
