Marking 30 years since the world record transfer to Newcastle: the story of a Toon icon, told like never before.
FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY, we go back to the defining moments of Alan Shearer's incredible story – his journey to becoming a Toon icon, England legend, and the Premier League's all-time top scorer. A one-off live show hosted by Gary Lineker.
The show will take place on 15th October 2026 at Lightroom in London, a venue featuring a four-storey projection space for immersive experiences. Major public shows at Lightroom have included David Bowie: You're Not Alone and Moonwalkers: A Journey with Tom Hanks.
In SHEARER: 30 YEARS – FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY, a few lucky fans will experience the Shearer story like never before. Every £10 donation in the prize draw will support the Alan Shearer Foundation.
The Million Pound Mission is the Alan Shearer Foundation’s 12-month campaign to raise £1 million to build a second hydrotherapy pool at the Alan Shearer Centre.
For 20 years, the Foundation has supported the Centre in providing specialist facilities, therapies and social opportunities for children and adults with complex disabilities, completely free of charge. With membership now exceeding 10,000, demand has outgrown the Centre’s existing hydrotherapy pool.
The money raised in this charity prize draw will help increase hydrotherapy capacity, reduce waiting times and give more families consistent access to this vital facility.
SHEARER: 30 YEARS is a FONO event. It means FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY.
The idea is simple. The biggest names in music, entertainment and sport donate their time to create unforgettable, unmissable experiences. Previous FONO events have featured the likes of Ed Sheeran, Annie Lennox and The Traitors Live.
FONO tickets are the tickets that money cannot buy. The only way to be in the room is to enter a charity prize draw, raising money for a vitally important cause.

You must be a UK resident aged 18 or over to enter. Entries open at 12:00am on 14th September 2026 and close at 11:59pm on 30th September 2026. Prizes can only be claimed with a valid email address and internet access.
There are 75 prizes (i.e. 75 pairs of tickets) available to win.
There is a limit of 20 entries per person when entering online via this page. You can also enter by text or by post (each with its own limit of 20 entries per person). Free entry options are available. Read the full terms and conditions for details.
Accessible seating is subject to availability. Winners are encouraged to let us know about any specific accessibility needs as soon as possible and contact details will be provided.

Winners must be available at the time and date of the event. No substitute is available if the winner is unable to attend.
This event is for charity and 100% of donations will go to the For One Night Only Fund, administered by The Talent Fund (charity number 1185346). All funds, after deducting administrative costs of running the prize draw, will be used to support the Alan Shearer Foundation, part of St Cuthbert’s Care, a registered charity in England (number 512912).
