Support for Claire Wild’s wellness studio in Hackney combining yoga, reiki, sound healing and empowerment tattooing. Opening August 2026

I'm opening a studio in a recycled shipping container in Hackney this August. A canal-side space where people can come when they're carrying too much, and leave feeling lighter. I offer yoga, reiki, sound healing, creative workshops, and my vision of a uniquely special day: a full day of healing that ends with a unique tattoo to preserve the energy of the day.

Times are tough and I’m hoping this studio can be a shiny rainbow twinkling through the rain as a reminder there is beauty and joy and magic in abundance, even if it’s a cloudy day.

I’m half way through my life now ( if I’m lucky), I want to make the second half really count.  When I was younger I would always say my purpose in life was to save the planet! I’m still working on it - but if i can make the world just a tiny bit better than when I found it then I'm happy.

The studio is called Ahimsa, it’s the yogic principle of non- harm and reflects the ethics of the studio - striving for carbon neutral, no harm to humans, animals or the planet and a fully inclusive space to all.

I've spent 20 years teaching creativity and yoga and the last several years training as a tattoo artist. I have certificates coming out of my ears! But more than any of that - I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, to lose yourself, to need someone to help you find your way back. That's why I'm building this. To do what I can to make the world a bit more shiny for anyone that needs it.

As you can see, there’s a lot of work to do but I’m so excited to make it into a beautiful hippy sanctuary filled with good vibes.

I know times are hard and money is tight for most people - I don’t want to add to that! So honestly - just sharing this with others is a huge help. I’ve added a few tasty rewards too for anyone that wants to help towards giving this dream wings.
