We have 2 main prizes up for grabs - we have a 2006 Mazda MX-5 and a 2008 BMW 1 Series 123D!
Both cars will feature in Affinity Racing's Pilot Series, in an episode where we try to find the 'best' first-car for a new driver.
The challenge will see the cars drive coast-to-coast, starting in Whitehaven (west Coast) and finishing in Saltburn (east coast).
Our Pilot Series will be the first time that the channel ventures out into the real-world to produce content around our passion: cars!
This is our chance to create the content we have dreamt of for years, and finally bring those dreams to reality after the channel was setup over 5 years ago.
The problem? The cost of this series is waaaay beyond what we could have expected.
We are aiming to raise a minimum of £3,000 in order to raffle both cars. If the £3,000 target is not met, the prize draw will only include the Mazda MX-5.
The cost per episode is approaching £10,000 per video. This means the total cost of our pilot series is heading towards a whopping £50,000. We are looking to raise £8,000 to help cover the costs of our final episode.
Affinity Media is a small production company that produces videos for NHS, local councils and small charities, and we would love the opportunity to create a series for ourselves that we can highly proud of.
The money raised will help contribute to the following costs:
Purchasing the cars: £3,000
Vehicle testing and repairs before driving: £2,000
Travel costs and accommodations: £2,300
Production crew: £3,000
Other costs: Estimated £2,000
Every £10 donated will get you one entry into the prize draw.
There are no limits to the number of entires you can make.

The prize draw will be announced on September 27th, via a livestream broadcast on the Affinity Racing YouTube channel.
