To Create an Eco regenerative Sustainable Smallholding. Supplying healthy seasonal food and fuel locally.

Hello this is your chance to invest in an Eco Sustainable Smallholding. I'm a gardener. My team well that would be my family as my idea is to setup a regenerative sustainable smallholding. To provide an:

 Educational

By running courses as a source of income in Crafts such as:

Wood turning

Wood Carving

Willow weaving

Wool Weaving

Pottery

 and Gardening Courses such as:

Potting

Pruning

Propagation

Both online and in a classroom.

Sustainable source of fuel

I intend to use the money to buy Woodland and through sustainable harvesting of the wood like are ancestors would have done. Provide a sustainable source of fuel for sale as well as heat for polytunnel plant production. Also the woodlands would provide a sustainable source of materials for some of the wood crafts. I also intend to plant a woodland for future sources of supplies.

Sustainable source of Vegetables and plants

I intend to use the land above to grow annual bedding plants, a new woodland, trees and shrubs for sale through a garden center setup and grow vegetables as well for sale. As a regenerative and organic smallholding. For the local community, family, and friends. 

I aim to use the money to buy machinery, equipment, supplies such as poly-tunnels, solar panels and wind turbines. Also buying land, woodland, horticultural tractor and other garden machinery as well as craft equipment. 

I would also hope to setup a few internet side hustles to create additional income for the smallholding project.
