To help people take control of their wellbeing by giving them the tools to be more financially independent. The time to Act is Now!
I have always been passionate about the welfare of people from a tender age. I was brought up by a loving family who instilled in me the virtue of love, compassion, kindness, and love towards everyone no matter who they are, where they come from or the colour of their skin or how they look. I have always found it very difficult to do nothing when I see people struggling economically, mentally and financially partly because of my own lived experience. I decided to channel how I felt into a long-lasting project that will support and transform the lives of the families, children, lone parents, older adults and individuals who are struggling and to those who are working but still struggling to stretch the limited amount of money they have to the end of the month.

Our dedicated team of volunteers in the community did rise up before, during and after the insurgence of Covid-19, and helped support over 2000 families. These wonderful, selfless volunteers are still travelling across our communities every week to provided needed support and assistance to the vulnerable, young parents, older adults, families, lone parents and individuals. These are the real heroes in my view.
The aim is that by supporting struggling families, children, older adults, lone parents and individuals from all backgrounds with emergency mobile food parcels, training and the right tools to be more financially independent we will be able to tackle loneliness and isolation, mental health related problems, increase income levels as a result of support provided, reduce the reliance on benefits and prepare young people for work. Equip them with the right tools to be successful. Improve the chances for ethnic minorities into the job market and disadvantaged people in our community for better integration and build resilience against any future eventualities.
