Action For Cabbies - Black Cabbies v TfL

I’m personally appealing to you and the LTDA on behalf of Action-for-Cabbies 4450 backers (many of whom are LTDA members) to please use some of your £1,000,000 war chest that has been set aside to fight Uber, and to make up the difference of approximately £263,957 so Action-for-Cabbies can start legal action against TfL for licencing Uber in 2012.

I’d like to take this opportunity to whole-heartedly thank the LTDA for it’s support (£50k and free advertising in the Taxi trade paper), but as the LTDA is the only trade organisation with a £1,000,000 fighting fund I’m kindly asking you/LTDA on behalf of our backers, your members and the rest of the trade that you donate the required difference and give us all hope that justice will be done by helping AFC get TfL into court for licencing Uber in 2012.

I’ve emailed several times since Friday 11^th March for an answer (but you haven’t replied) so can you please be so courteous and let me know by 2.00pm today (Monday 14^th March 2016) whether the LTDA will make up the difference as AFC, many LTDA members and the trade are waiting with baited breath.
