With over 10 years experience in Beauty, Fashion and Lifestyle Management, leading with a strategic mind-set to drive productivity, Ola has worked for industry leaders such as Selfridges, M.A.C Cosmetics, Harrods, Nike & Russell & Bromley, driving cutting edge concepts to both the UK and International markets.
Most recently, Head of Beauty & Fashion Commercial Brand Partnerships at Global, one of the world’s leading media and entertainment groups with a portfolio of some of the most respected media brands, events and festivals. She is responsible for developing tailored marketing strategies to suit major Beauty & Fashion clients across relevant platforms, which includes radio, digital, TV and social media.
Despite the growth and development of the beauty, fashion and lifestyle industries, Ola feels there is still much more guidance and expertise needed when it comes to inclusive brand marketing and authentic talent representation.
While on maternity leave and empowered by the constant reminder that 2018 is indeed the 'Year Of The Woman', ACE OF SHADES GLOBAL was born.
Along with Ola's impressive black book of contacts across the Beauty and Lifestyle sectors, ACE OF SHADES GLOBAL is a much needed platform to Champion Inclusive Brand Marketing and Talent within the Black and Ethnic consumer groups.
