Accountancy Capital helps qualified finance professionals find their next role, from management accountants and financial controllers to regulatory reporting specialists. Every day we see how much a good job matters: the stability it brings, the confidence it builds and the opportunities it opens up.

That's why we're launching the Accountancy Capital Good Causes Fund, to support charities that help people rebuild their lives, care for children who've lost everything, and protect the environment for the next generation.

100% of your donation reaches the charities

Accountancy Capital pays every cost of running this fund: the platform, administration, reporting and our team's time. Nothing you give is spent on overheads. Every pound goes directly to the causes below.

The causes we support

Beam: helping people into work. Beam supports people facing homelessness to train for, find and keep stable jobs, funding the courses, equipment and childcare that make a fresh start possible. As recruiters, we know how transformative the right job can be, and Beam makes that possible for people who would otherwise be shut out.

Children affected by the war in Ukraine. We support an orphanage caring for children whose lives have been torn apart by the war. Consistent, long-term help gives them safety, care and the chance of a future.

Tree planting. [Accountancy Capital plants trees through Tree-Nation / supports tree planting projects], helping restore forests and support the communities that depend on them. Your donation helps us plant more.

Why this matters to us

Accountancy Capital is part of a group of specialist recruitment practices, alongside FD Capital, Exec Capital, NED Capital and SMF Capital. Across the group, we've supported these causes quietly for some time. This fund brings our network into it, so clients, candidates and colleagues in finance can give alongside us and make a bigger, steadier difference.

Accounting for every pound

Accounting is what our candidates do, so we hold ourselves to the same standard. We'll:

• publish how much has been raised and exactly how it was shared between the charities
• share updates from the charities on what your donations have achieved
• report on our own contributions alongside yours
