I’m Abseiling the Spinnaker Tower for Endometriosis South Coast! 🧗♀️💛💜
On 5th July, I’ll be taking on a 100m drop from the top of Portsmouth’s iconic Spinnaker Tower to raise awareness and much-needed funds for Endometriosis South Coast.
Why am I doing this? On 14th February 2023, I was diagnosed with adenomyosis — a painful, chronic condition that’s closely related to endometriosis. Like so many others, I spent years not knowing what was really going on with my body and living with a condition that is often invisible to others.
Endometriosis South Coast provides vital support, education, and community for people like me living with endometriosis and adenomyosis. They’re fighting for better healthcare, more awareness, and real change — and I want to help them continue that incredible work.
