A Plaque for Sherwood Forest

Aim
to buy one plaque to be given to a community inside historic Sherwood Forest. This will be the first one and we hope will inspire others.
The Sheriff of Nottingham Facebook page I aiming to fund a very first green plaque to be given to a community or village within historic Sherwood Forest. Many villages and communities across historic Sherwood don’t know that they were once part of the mighty Sherwood Forest of old. We want to see a plaque like this is every community that was once apart of Sherwood Forest. This first plaque will be shown to community representatives at the Sherwood Forest Moot to be held (the first in over one hundred years) on 7th November. We hope it will inspire them to get a plague of there own
