A home for Christmas for Millie, Myla & Preston

Aim

Can you help us raise some funds to help Latoya's family have a lovely Christmas after losing their home in a flood.

At 5am last Saturday Latoya's littlest woke her up to ask why there was water dripping into the flat. By 6am the kids had moved out, and later that day the house was declared uninhabitable. They soon found out that they would never be going back to live in it!

Just 3 weeks before Christmas the family had to declare themselves homeless and wait for a new flat to come up while staying at friends and relatives. Latoya even braved a homeless hostel while her kids stayed with friends because it was too scary!

Now a few days later they've been promised a new home. It's a mile or so away from their community and school. And while they're excited to get a new place to live the prospect of moving away and having to make the place home with very little time or money is no fun, especially at this time of year.

Can you chip in a little to make their Christmas special and show that their community of friends and neighbours care!
