Aim
Supporting Taff Ely Foodbank’s Harvest Festival to bring the community together and raise vital funds for families in need this autumn.
At Taff Ely Foodbank, we’re more than just a food provider, we’re a community lifeline supporting families facing food insecurity across Taff Ely and surrounding areas. Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers work tirelessly year-round to ensure no one in our community goes hungry.
This October, we’re excited to host our first-ever Harvest Festival at Pontyclun RFC, a vibrant, family-friendly event designed to celebrate community spirit, raise awareness of food poverty, and bring people together to support those in need.
Our vision is simple: create a warm, welcoming space where local businesses, artists, and residents can connect, share, and give back. Through fun stalls, live entertainment, and autumn-themed activities, the festival will spotlight the vital work we do and encourage more people to support families struggling this winter.
The funds we raise through this crowdfunder will directly cover essential warehouse costs and every pound raised helps us keep our shelves stocked and our services running, ensuring that families have access to nutritious food when they need it most.
