Theme cocktail bar and gaming lounge for Geeks,Nerds and Gamers

My plan is to open up a theme bar for geeks,nerds and gamers.

The things we grew up with and the things that still make us happy. We recently held a city comic con which went much bigger than ever anticipated, It showed we have a need for an outlet like this and is why want to build a bar, one that looks and takes you into a dream that doesn't just target one specific genre but as many as possible. I want Darth Vader fans and Skeletor fans to sit down and have a drink over a game of Settlers of Catan or the new girl in the city to feel at home away from home.

I want this to be place where you dont have to come in and get drunk to have a good time, to meet people and to try new things. For tourists to come and take photo's of every single part of the building. To be a lively hub of information and knowledge where you can get a bottle of beer or an expertly made cocktail.
