Help Alsager Sub Aqua Club buy new diving gear so more local people can train safely. Sport England will contribute if we hit our goal!

About Us

We're a passionate group of divers based in the heart of Cheshire, far from the coast but always close to the call of the sea.

Alsager Sub-Aqua Club (ASAC) is proudly registered as British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC) Branch 887, established in 1978.

We dive all year-round across a wide variety of stunning locations throughout the UK & abroad, making every dive an adventure.

We’re raising funds to buy vital new equipment to train the next generation of divers. This project will provide safer, more effective training tools, helping our young members reach their full potential. From beginners taking their first plunge to talented divers chasing national dreams, updated equipment will make a huge difference to our club.
Our overall target is £14,997, and we’re thrilled that Sport England will contribute £7,499, if we can raise the rest ourselves!

Why are we crowdfunding?

We want to grow the membership of our club to be able to improve the trips we have planned and keep a vibrant club alive for future generations of divers.

We hope to do this by making it simple and affordable for new members to join our club and start their diving careers. 

How we’ll spend the money raised

ASAC have partnered with Sport England to raise funds to buy new equipment for new trainees.
Sport England will contribute £7,499 if we raise the rest of the overall target figure

2. Spread the word. Share our music event & project on your social media pages and tell the world to get behind us! The more people we reach, the more support we will get.

3. Offer rewards. If you are a local business & can donate anything for the auction, get in touch, we'd love to hear from you. 

4. Fundraise for us. If you want to run your own fundraiser – maybe a sponsored activity or similar – use the 'contact project' button at the top of our page to let us know. Setting up your own page only takes a few minutes and you won’t need any bank details. Just a fun idea!

Funding method

Keep what you raise – this project will receive all pledges made
