We're looking to raise money for Cooperation Town, who are a great organisation helping people take control of their food security locally!
Cooperation Town are an amazing organisation that empower local communities to organise themselves into buying food directly from wholesalers and connecting them with other organisations that can provide surplus food, stopping it going to waste and instead feeding families across the UK.

"Cooperation Town is a movement of community food co-ops, self organising on streets and estates across the country".
With the cost of living crisis ongoing across the UK, the organisers allow communities to take control of their situation, giving them access to cheaper, healthy food every week.
This is why I'm running my first ever ULTRA marathon (50km) on August 1st through the North Downs to support this great work. As a not-for-profit workers cooperative ( not a charity) they rely on funding to develop and sustain the network and provide training and resources to new co-ops.
