Support the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal by entering to win a weekend away in St Ives. We need to do what we can so please get involved
Help us raise some money for the vital and heartbreaking humanitarian support needed for the people of Ukraine. The horror unfolding is incomprehensible and all of us lucky to be safe and comfortable need to do what we can to help those living this nightmare. We hope you can get involved with a chance to win a weekend away in our lovely little cottage in St Ives, Cornwall at the end of May. The chance to win a holiday for £5 and do our little bit to help - please get involved.
The Prize....
21 The Digey is a 2 bedroom, traditional fisherman's cottage in the heart of St Ives and a wonderful place for a weekend escape. The prize is for a 3 night weekend self-catering break at 21 The Digey in St Ives, Cornwall over the weekend of 20, 21, 22 May 2022 for up to 4 people. The cottage is small so ideally suits 2 adults and 2 children maximum.
Less than a minute walk to the stunning Porthmeor Beach and Tate St Ives one way and the picturesque harbour and celebrated restaurants and galleries the other way. We have great reviews so you are going to have a lovely mini-break. You can see more pictures and details here.
Why you need to get involved....
All money raised from this prize draw will go to the DEC's Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.
Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) launched a Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal to raise funds for food, water, medicine, protection and trauma care for people fleeing the war. At times of crisis, the DEC brings together 15 leading UK aid charities (including the British Red Cross, Cafod, Care International and Save the Children UK) to raise funds quickly and efficiently.
We have chosen this particular appeal as every pound donated by the UK public to the DEC will be matched by the government, up to the value of £20m. If you want to donate to them direct - here is the link
Details....
The prize is for a 3 night stay - accommodation only - you will need to make your way to St Ives and the dates are non-transferable. By entering this prize draw you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of staying at the cottage and will be liable for the costs of any damage.
