Cieo came into existence at the very end of 2019. Trump was still President of the US, Brexit was far from secure and 'lockdown' was not part of our daily vocabulary.
The world now seems a very different place. The UK has changed Prime Minister and Head of State in just one week. Cieo's slogan - new politics, new ideas - feels more relevant than ever.
In the past few months, Cieo has published on a wide range of topics, including:
- Regulation of the gambling industry
- The future of international schools
- The psychology of trangenderism and adolescent identity formation
- The struggle for democracy in Hong Kong
- The harms of lockdown for children with disabilities
- Scotland’s failed war on drugs

There are many more pressing issues to explore.
