BIG NEWS: TWO NEW VENUES 

2025 marks our 10-year anniversary — and the beginning of something new. We’ve just been Certified B Corp, we’re opening two new venues and expanding our brewing capacity to create more space for beer, people, and a few laughs.

🍺 WALTHAMSTOW — BLACKHORSE BEER MILE
A brand new brewery and taproom on one of London’s most exciting beer trails. A space for locals, beer fans, families, and your mate’s mate who’s just moved to E17.

🌇 DALSTON ROOFTOP — BACK TO OUR ROOTS
In 2015, we poured our first pint on the Dalston RoofPark. Now, we're bringing it back - a rooftop bar for the people, full of music, sunlight, and cold beers in hand.

We started 40ft in a couple of old shipping containers in a Dalston car park. It wasn’t much — but it had beer, it had heart, and it had people who believed in it. You showed up again and again. Together, we turned that patch of East London into something that feels like home.

Ten years on and not much has changed where it counts. We’re still independent, still brewing, and still pouring pints for the community that helped to build this place.

And now we’re growing — not to get bigger, but to make more room for all of it -
And we’d love for you to be part of it.

FAQ's

- Where can we redeem our bar tabs?

-- Bar Tabs can be spent across multiple venues; 40ft Taproom - Dalston, Dalston Rooftop and 40ft Taproom Walthamstow. 

- How long are the bar tabs valid?

-- Bar Tabs are valid for 5 years. 

- What can the bar tabs be used?

-- The bar tabs can be spend on all drinks at the taprooms. Unfortunately food is not included as these are provided by separate businesses at each site. 

- What is a B Corp Certified Company?

--  Now, we’re proud to say that 40ft Brewery is officially a Certified B Corporation. Over the past year, we’ve taken a hard look at how we run our business — from our environmental impact to how we support our team, choose suppliers, and show up in our local community. The B Corp certification recognises the work we’ve done (and continue to do) to build a business that balances purpose and profit.

- Can the tab be used for take away cans? 

– Yes, you can buy cans from our taproom for takeaway. 

- I’d love to support but I’m not in London, is there anything for fans like me?

-- We’ve thought about this and, whilst it’s not as much fun as being at one of our venues, our BEER CAN TRAVEL reward is our attempt to keep the UK wide friends part of things.

- How come you’re not offering an equity based fund?

-- There's a place for equity based crowdfunds but investors only receive a return if the company sells and we don't have plans on the horizon for doing that so would rather give a guaranteed reward now.
