Aim

Our project aim is to raise up to £250 in order to support a student film based in Falmouth, any donations are greatly appreciated.

 We are a group of 6 first year film students at Falmouth Univeristy - our aim is to create a surrreal and dark five minute short films about an unsuspecting delivery boy who gets pulled into an underground crime world where nothing is as it seems. Any donations not used will be donated to a charity of the groups choosing.

From Bristol, England, Hanna is currently a first year BA Film student studying at Falmouth University and has previously worked on film and TV sets, gaining valuable insight into the structure of a typical set day in the industry, proving useful whilst attempting to plan and produce a student film. After trying her hand at directing last semester, Hanna moved to a more organisational and authoritative role; producing.  Hanna is an organised, efficient and punctual individual and so opted to produce the project. Hoping to specialise in producing in the coming years at Falmouth, Hanna is eager to improve her skills in the field of producing and hopes to gain an insight into what the world of film producing has to offer.

From Rugby, England, Ellie’s interest in film began after joining the Nuneaton Movie Makers club with her Grandad. Since then she has completed two years of Film and Television Production at college and joined Falmouth University in September 2016. When she leaves University, Ellie wants to be a freelance film-maker; travelling to different film festivals around the world. For this project Ellie takes on the role of Cinematographer - something she wishes to specialise in for her second year.  

From Portsmouth, England, Eleanor is in her first year of a BA in film at Falmouth University. Interested in all aspects of film production, criticism and analysis, she isn’t sure of what part of the industry she is most drawn to yet, and she is sure that this course will give her the answer. After designing the sound for her first 5 minute film at Falmouth, she wanted to experience a different aspect of post-production and try her hand at editing.

Stephanie, originally from Buckinghamshire near London. Steph’s interests in film include editing and sound design. Steph enjoys working within post production as she finds using different software’s interesting and engaging. Steph’s role for Four in a row is – sound designer. Steph is looking forward to working on this role as I like to edit sound recordings as well as mix sound. Steph hopes to specialise in editing in second year and hopes that her previous role as editor and current role in sound design will have helped to give her more experience in using editing software and equipment to aid her studies and productions in the coming years at Falmouth University. 

Hailing from Sheffield, England, Holly moved all the way down to cornwall to study BA Film  and is currently in her first year. Her interest in film lie in cinematography, directing and writing about film. For our film this semester Holly will be directing, something she is excited to get stuck in to. 

Salutations, I'm a 6 foot 7" bloke from a sleepy village in the Cotswolds. I am designated writer for this project, I'm doing this for the first time and really loving it. I'm really interested in surrealist film and silent film and I think that is something that I really based this script on. If it disturbs you, that would be great.
