NHS - RAH Staff Fundraiser! 10k in 14days!

We did it
On 3rd April 2020 we successfully raised £4,632 with 138 supporters in 14 days
Our aim is to raise 10k in order to guarantee 100 NHS staff food on a daily basis for up to 40days, Or PPE in Event of business closure.

UPDATE
We have started catering for the NHS workers as of today (Monday 23rd March). We will be looking to continue doing this for as long as we can and speaking to some staff at the hospital it seems to be a morale boost. Which is great and what we were always aiming to do.
Having received a messaged Lorenzo Finetti who has worked for the NHS in Country Durham. He said that the NHS workers are looking for PPE Equipment as supplies are limited. So our idea is to donate and attempt to source any PPE equipment required at time of the fundraiser stopping. This is something that's proving hard to source at the moment, but fingers crossed supply chains will improve. Please keep giving the money will not go to waste.

Having heard far too many heart-breaking stories of Doctors, Nurses and NHS health workers struggling to get day to day essentials due to panic buying. I have decided to act fast!
My café Bianco e Nero in Paisley, is aiming to raise £3000 before Sunday 22nd March to begin feeding our NHS workers from Monday 23rd March. £3k will be enough money to feed 100 staff for 12 days at our local Royal Alexandra Hospital. The budget of around £250 per day will cover food costings. That really is it! No hidden costs and a small help in creating work for our business at the same time.
Our purpose made menu will offer a cold selection that will be distributed amongst wards, with cake and savoury choice available.
Our overall aim is to get to the magic number of 10k, which will ensure catering will be provided for up to 40days. Any proceeds that remain over the £250 per day budget will be donated to a charity of the hospitals choice.
We have the space, we have the staff and we have the supplies! Lets make this happen.
