Aim: DEC charities are in Ukraine and neighbouring countries meeting the needs of all refugees and displaced people
Myself and my lovely friend, Claire, will be running the Brentwood Half Marathon on 20th March. We aim to raise some money for the DEC (Disasters Emergency Committee) who are helping Ukrainian families that are in desperate need.I know many of us have been upset, worried and moved by the images we have recently seen, so if you can spare a small donation it would be very much appreciated.
