Aim: Raising funds for Mine Well-being because their work empowers kids & changes how we talk about mental health—something I deeply believe in.
In 2020, I was really struggling with my mental health. It was a tough time, and although I’ve done a lot of healing since then, I still have wobbles now and again — and I know how important it is to have the right tools to support your mind through those moments.
That’s why I’m so passionate about the work that Mine Well-being does. I truly believe that if we can give children the tools to understand and look after their mental health from a young age, we’re not just helping them in the moment — we’re empowering them to take responsibility for their well-being for life.
Mine Well-being helps children and communities change the way they talk about mental health, creating a culture of compassion, emotional awareness, and resilience. Hannah, the founder, is a close friend of mine, and I’ve seen first-hand how powerful her work is.
I’m raising funds to support their mission — because this kind of education isn’t just valuable, it’s essential.
