1887 Red Army

We at 1887 Red Army is a fan lead supporter group who focuses on improving the Whaddon Road atmosphere and fan experience. Created in 2019, and rebranded with a new group and fresh ideas following the return to football after covid... we keep pushing forwards to continuing our improvements to the atmosphere.

Over the years, we've been growing bigger and bigger... and introducing many new things to Whaddon Road and to the atmosphere as possible. Following our announcement of remaining in Block One for this season, we are keen to push on and improve the whole experience more by introducing a crowdsurfing flag for the Colin Farmer stand (hoping to make it's debut for the first home game) and also we look at purchasing a whole new range of hand waving flags to help us get the Prestbury Road End involved. Throughout the season, we plan to introduce more displays also... including a new and improved coloured card display/flag display.

All of these plans have one thing, and cost money. We would love for you all to get involved once again, like 2 years ago in the summer. This is so we can purchase these items for our display plans. The starting target is for the crowd surfer, which will cost us around £500... However, for these flags and coloured card/plastic displays we want to include too, this will then need to raise our target to £900... with anything over is a bonus!

We look forward to seeing you all down Whaddon Road again soon, and hopefully we are in for a big season and massively push on from last year's stability season.
