💚 Our Story

At Taff Ely Foodbank, we believe no one should go hungry, especially at Christmas. Every year, we see more families in our community struggling to put food on the table. This winter, we’re launching our “12 Days of Giving” campaign to bring hope, warmth and full cupboards to households across Taff Ely.

From December 1st to 12th, we’re inviting our community to come together in kindness. Each day represents a new opportunity to give, whether that’s enough to feed a single person, a couple, a family, or an XL family. Every donation will go directly towards providing emergency food parcels filled with festive treats, essentials, and a reminder that someone cares.

Our small team of staff and over 50 dedicated volunteers work tirelessly to support people in crisis across seven distribution centres in Taff Ely and Rhondda Cynon Taf. Last year alone, we provided 3,728 food parcels, including 1,445 for children, but the need is growing.

This Christmas, your support will help us:
🎁 Provide complete food parcels for individuals and families in crisis
🎄 Add festive extras, mince pies, chocolates, and treats to make the season brighter
🚐 Keep our van running to deliver food across the community
