Aim

To help children build confidence, discipline and community through a 7 day challenge supporting Power Up Club.

The Power Up Ambassador Challenge

Power Up Club is a children's movement and wellbeing programme based in Surrey, created to help children aged 5 to 11 build confidence, discipline, teamwork, resilience and leadership through fun physical activities, games, challenges and community events.

After running our first holiday camp, it became clear just how much children benefit from a positive space where they can move, play, be encouraged and feel proud of themselves. The feedback from children and families showed that Power Up Club has the potential to become something meaningful in the local community.

That's why we are launching the Power Up Ambassador Challenge: a 7 day discipline challenge where children complete small daily tasks, raise money with the support of their families, and learn that discipline means showing up, trying your best and finishing what you start.

The challenges are simple, child friendly and designed to teach discipline through action. Children complete movement challenges, practise a skill, encourage others, push themselves to try something new and keep promises they make to themselves, building great habits one small step at a time.

The challenge finishes with a Power Up Party in the Park, bringing children, families and supporters together to celebrate their effort, confidence and commitment.

Money raised will help Power Up Club provide more equipment, activity resources, rewards, certificates, medals and community events, and create future opportunities for local children. It will also help make our sessions more accessible for families and support the growth of future holiday camps, workshops and wellbeing activities.

Power Up Club brings together specialist knowledge of physical activity and child development with hands-on experience working directly with children in primary schools. We are also proud to have the support of our athlete sponsor, Will Greenstreet, a mixed martial arts fighter who grew up in the local area and is passionate about the cause. Having positive local role models involved helps show children what can be achieved through discipline, hard work and self belief.

Our vision is to build a strong local community where children feel confident, supported and inspired to believe in themselves.

Power Up Club is about more than sport. It's about helping children discover what they are capable of, one small action at a time.

Small actions become big results.
