Join 105VS raising funds for Westminster charities supporting education, employment and wellbeing, through a collective ride, run and walk
Each year, we bring together partners, colleagues and the wider community around a shared challenge with a clear and collective purpose: to generate meaningful funding for organisations supporting residents across Westminster.
This year carries particular significance as we return to 105 Victoria Street, a development heavily shaped by the people, partnerships and community it serves.
At the heart of this initiative is our Social Impact Charter. It is not a standalone commitment, but a long term framework that ensures everything we do contributes to lasting, measurable benefit for the local community.
Through the Charter, we focus on:
• Access to education
• Pathways into employment
• Physical and mental wellbeing
• Stronger local connections
The organisations we are supporting are central to delivering this impact every day. They are not just beneficiaries of this fundraiser, but key partners within the Social Impact Charter and part of the long-term legacy of 105 Victoria Street.
This year, we are setting a clear and collective fundraising target. We ask each participant to commit to raising £150, with 100 percent of all funds going directly to the Social Impact Charter and the organisations delivering this work across Westminster.
Funds raised will support:
• Cardinal Hume Centre
• Grey Coat Hospital School
• St Matthew’s Primary School
• The Abbey Centre
• Westminster City School in partnership with Greenhouse Sports
• Westminster Wheels
• Wondering CIC in partnership with Mind Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster
Participants can take part in a way that suits them:
• Cycle through the Surrey Hills to Denbies Wine Estate before returning to 105 Victoria Street
• Run or walk 10.5 kilometres along the South Bank
• Join a shorter 1.05 kilometre walk from the London Eye
Whether taking on the full challenge or contributing in a smaller way, every participant is working towards the same shared goal. Last year, together, we raised over £30,000 to support Westminster communities and this year, we are aiming to go further, not just in funds raised, but in strengthening the long-term impact of the Social Impact Charter.
You can get involved by taking part, supporting a participant, or contributing directly. Every pound raised goes back into the community, supporting the people and organisations that continue to shape Westminster for the better.
