For the past 10 years, our Baby Bundles Project has been supporting babies and families at one of the most vulnerable moments in life – the arrival of a new baby.
A Baby Bundle is more than a basket of essentials. It is a practical, caring gift that says to a parent: you are not alone, and your baby matters.
Each bundle contains essential items such as nappies, wipes, baby toiletries, clothing, blankets and safe sleep items. These are provided through professional referrals from midwives, health visitors and support workers, ensuring help reaches families who need it most.
Why This Matters
For many parents, the early weeks with a newborn can be overwhelming – especially when finances are tight or circumstances are difficult. Having the basic essentials in place can relieve pressure, reduce stress, and allow parents to focus on bonding with their baby.
Over the last decade, thanks to our generous community, we have been able to provide thousands of Baby Bundles to families across our area. Demand for our support continues to grow, and the need is not going away.
