We will use the additional money to ensure small gifts are included with each hamper
We will provide at least 80 hampers to local families. A hamper will contain esssential supplies, luxury goods and well-being activies.
As the reality of the Covid pandemic is realised we at Oasis Oldham have seen at first hand the need for emergency food provision. We are aware that over the winter this is even more essential. We want to use the opportunity of Christmas to ensure local families have not just the essentials but also some Christmas joy.
Using our network of schools and volunteers we will co-ordinate The Big Give - collecting, making and distributing Hampers to those who need it most.
We will use the money raised to ensure families have essential items and meals, some luxury items and also well being activities.
