Aim

To get Multitude Makeup up and running as a community interest company. Profits will be used to help post natal depression sufferers.

We are a socially responsible community interest company. Profits from product trade will be used to increase the longevity of the business (reinvestment) in order to keep stock up to date and broaden product range. A percentage of profits will go to charities supporting those who suffer or are battling post natal depression. Current health care services in the UK are extremely strained and many women (and men!) still feel a stigma attached to this issue. We want to raise awareness of symptoms, debunk myths, provide help and support and find the right professional channels for those people. 1 in 10 women will be affected by PND within a year of giving birth and many more don’t even realise their symptoms are this so the figures could be higher.
