Aim

HUGE mass demonstrations to be held across the UK should Brexit not be delivered. Please help fund organisation costs and coaches to London.

A consortium of former VoteLeave coordinators and protest group leaders have united to organize protests on the 2nd of November, 2019 in London, Boston, Doncaster and Sunderland, and accompanied by various protest activities across the country.

The event is to be held should Brexit not be delivered in full on the 31st of October.

IGNITE: The Civil Rebellion will begin in the early hours of the morning of Saturday the 2nd of November, with hundreds of beacons lit simultaneously along the coast of England and inland.Volunteers who have come forward and continue to email [email protected] to light a beacon in their city, town or village, will be sent a guide on how to do so a week before the intended event and will be asked to ‘illuminate the sky and send a signal across England for the people to 'rise-up’ in the face of brexit betrayal and the erosion of democracy.

BBC BOYCOTT

Those participating in the event, named IGNITE: The Civil Rebellion, including the many thousands of people who have so far signed-up by emailing “I’m In” to [email protected], will then receive email instruction on how to cancel their TV license (a very simple process), and urged to do so at 1pm.

The BBC has long been an anti-Brexit propaganda machine, with millions of good, decent people across the UK now fed-up of seeing pro-remain news and manipulative bias.

The BBC’s total income from licence fees was £3.83 billion in 2017–18 of which £655.3 million or 17.1% was provided by the government through concessions for those over the age of 75 – something that is soon to be removed. Thus, the licence fee made up the bulk (75.7%) of the BBC’s total income of £5.0627 billion in 2017–2018.

Thousands of people cancelling their tv licenses at once would cost the BBC millions and force either the government to step in to reform the BBC and make it more impartial, or the BBC itself could buckle and be forced to make changes.

Large marches will also take place on the day, with individuals and groups wishing to attend to protest with banners or without asked to congregate in the following areas at 10am:

London: Commons Green, Westminster, London SW1A 0AA

Boston: Municipal Buildings, West St, Boston PE21 8QR

Doncaster: Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster DN1 3BU

Sunderland: Civic Centre, Burdon Rd, Sunderland SR2 7DN

Oil depots will also be blocked. For full details, please read the Politicalite article by clicking here.

For too long, people living in the North, and various other areas have been shut-out of London-focused events against Parliament. Therefore, coaches will also be hired and made available to bring participants to London from various locations across the UK, including the north and also Wales, with a list of locations to be announced following donations and crowdfunding.

The event has already achieved media attention, with journalists from The Express and various other newspapers contacting one of the organisers with interest in covering it.

It's time to put our money where our mouth is. It's time to get up off the sofa, put down the keyboard, and take action: for democracy, and for Brexit.
