Aim

We aim to provide one to one mentoring and SEN learning support for young people within schools and colleges in throughout Lambeth Borough

I have worked with vulnerable young people for over 20 years and myself have disabilities and have identified the lack of consistent one to one support work for young people with learning difficulties such as Autism, Aspergus, ADHD, Hairing impairment issues etc. I am actively training a team of 6 individuals to deliver a variety of workshops and one to one SEN support services for hard to reach young people who may feel socially excluded. The funds raised will be used to further train staff, buy more learning support materials, and cover new DBS and Child Protection certificates for all staff with the aim to deliver services immediately once our funding campaign is completed. Helping young people achieve their educational, physical and social full potential is what is key to us at Humble Minded Mentors Ltd and we are her to support young people to the best of our ability.
