Help 2Northdown survive as an arts venue post Covid, by getting involved with our Pay It Forward scheme, or supporting us in any way you can
by 2Northdown in London, England, United Kingdom
We are 2Northdown, a 100-capacity live events space located in the heart of King’s Cross, London.
After officially opening the doors in October 2017, 2Northdown has quickly become one of London's emerging comedy hotspots. Hosting the biggest names in comedy through to the newest of new faces. Our stage has welcomed the likes of Alan Carr, Romesh Ranganathan, Sara Pascoe, Aisling Bea, Frank Skinner and many more, as well as ushering in exciting future talent through our highly regarded New Act Competition.
As we all know, this year has been exceptionally difficult for the arts, and our venue has sadly been closed as a performance space since March. During Lockdown 1.0, 2Northdown was (very) briefly reimagined as King's Cross's number one streetside bar and cafe, which kept us going for a few months. But with the winter settling in, the coming months are going to be much tougher, and while our stage is still empty, we can't do what we do best.
It's our greatest wish to reopen for shows again post-Covid, even better than before, but we need the support of our lovely patrons now more than ever!
Of course we'd love to welcome any donations possible, but we also want to give something back to those generous enough to support us right now when things are tricky across the board.
So please check out our rewards, where we'll be handing out free pints, t-shirts, tickets, and even parts of the building itself!
We can't wait to throw our doors wide open again and share the laughs with you all once more!
