Geek Labs will offer a one stop shop to allow people to learn, understand and make the best of their new technology. I will develop a clear understanding of how to deliver great customer service and a clear understanding of how to make sure our customers get a great value for their money. I will build a UK wide business that will teach, and demo products that are here to make life simpler, and to people that have yet to grasp the simple and helpful amount of digital devices on the market.
I have built a solid understanding of what is missing in the UK in this market area, having spent over 10 years working around people that have all asked for this service. I have built a core list of products that no one else is doing at this present in time.
This will be a business that can offer thousands of new jobs here in the UK, and will build upon new ideas of how new, young forward think companies of the new era should be run. We will aim to build profit share and new apprenticeships programs into the core culture of the business.
I hope to be the first service company of its kind to embrace the use to technology in a good way, and by building our journey we hope that people that wish to learn or be part of the digital revolution will think of us first when it comes to learning how it should be done.
I hope that by building a simple, clear, and hands on approach to the way we train our staff and the way we deliver our products and services that we can be the leaders in the UK in this new, fresh and exciting new business.
Our drive to make technology the day to day normal of everything we do, which will put us right at the top of the tree, and our wanting to know and keen interest in all things new will keep us ahead of the rest.
But, it doesn't end there we will also want to bring back good old fashioned customer service to work along side new technology. I am keen to promote trust, reliability and caring to our customers. And our charter for success will be built up the need to get the customer service right first.
I believe this is the next Jobs or Gates revolution, the next step in the page of adventure in expanding our senses out with the aid of technology.
With the lack of jobs within the UK for young people, I will build a business with lots of opportunity here for people to find a new and exciting place to call home, the options to expand field based staff, call centre, managers and other is endless. This is a service industry company that is right at the heart of what this country needs right now. Not only for its customers but also for people looking for work.
This is what I believe to be a billion pound industry, with out shadow of a doubt, and I am the next person to take that dream forward into reality. I have a clear mind of how to offer a successful business with all the right core pillars to build the right type of successful business.
The business will offer a service industry to both residential and business customers. We will build a core set of products and service and also gain subscription and yearly accounts to build a steady flow of cash.
We will offer an in home, and weekly tech meets in our business premises to residential customers. Here they will pay to learn, set up or expand their knowledge of digital technology. Hoping that they feel this is a service that they will use more then once, I hope they will then sign up to a monthly fee that will enable them to have regular on hand help to any addition products or service they wish to use.
We will also offer yearly accounts with businesses to help them to deliver and adapter their own staff to change with the digital technology industry. Our professional 24/7 service will keep business running knowing they are in good hands should they need to make fast changes to staff training or new technology.
We will look at opportunities to sub contact for other business, and offer a service to technology retailers that will build a close and successful relationship between customer and seller. Offering an in home set up business that could work with all the major retailers here within the UK will bring in a great amount of revenue.
