Basingstoke Bluefins fundraising challenge is very important to all the swimmers at Bluefins. By raising money everyone can benefit.
Bluefins Coach Spencer and Masters Swimmer Stu Williams (and some friends mad enough) will be cycling up/down Farleigh Hill south of Basingstoke, continuously for 24hrs, attempting to climb more than the height of Everest (8848 metres).
THE RULES ARE SIMPLE
1) CLIMB THE HEIGHT OF EVEREST.
2) ONE HILL ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD (Farleigh Hill, RG25 2HH)
3) ONE ACTIVITY. NO TIME LIMIT. NO SLEEP.
Not only are we trying to climb Everest, we will also attempt to climb it twice! Although this may push beyond our very own limits, and without sleep probably impossible, although with your support anything is possible?
