Aim
We will provide at least 20 hampers to local families in need, including essential supplies, festive treats and wellbeing family activities.
As the harsh reality of the Covid pandemic is continuing, we at Oasis MediaCityUK have seen first hand the need for emergency food for many, many families. We are aware that over the winter this is even more essential. We want to use the opportunity of Christmas to ensure local families have not just the basic essentials but also some Christmas joy.
Using our Academy network and a fantastic volunteer team we will co-ordinate The Big Give - collecting, making and distributing Christmas Hampers to those who need it most.
We will use the money raised to ensure families have essential items and meals, some festive treats and also wellbeing activities to enjoy some quality family time.
