my idea is to make a small coffee shop, bistro, with a counter in which to put food in heating containers, or refrigerants and then heated in the microwave, some that can change weekly, others like sausage, potato scones, etc. Customers are served by the counter, not at the table, which reduces staff costs. I would cook in the morning or the day before (depending on the preparations) and serve.
Breakfasts, lunches and afternoon tea, the food changes in rotation. There will be sweets in the fridge for the take out. Rolls, paninis, cakes will be ready for take out
the coffee shop will have white walls with jars of aromatic plants on shelves, and on tables. Imprints of leaves on the tablecloths of the tables and walls.
Coffee shop and shop 10-15 hours Monday Saturday
