Ash at Sneaky Pete's, Edinburgh
We did it
On 31st August 2020 we successfully raised £4,566 with 498 supporters in 14 days

Our aim is to raise urgent funds for the UK's independent grassroots music venues at risk of imminent closure due to the COVID-19 crisis.

by Passport: Back to Our Roots in Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom

Ash are set to perform a one-off, intimate show at Sneaky Pete's, Edinburgh to raise money for independent grassroots music venues as part of the Passport: Back to Our Roots project.

Passport: Back to Our Roots is a nationwide series of one-off intimate gigs by the UK’s biggest artists, supporting the independent grassroots venues that form the foundations of the UK’s live music scene.

This is your chance to watch the biggest artists play their smallest gigs – live and in person like they should be – while making a huge difference to the UK’s crisis-stricken grassroots music venues, who need urgent help due to COVID-19 closures.

This gig will NOT be:

  • Live-streamed from an empty room
  • Held under ‘social distancing’ conditions

Rather, it is a celebration of the unrivalled experience of watching Ash in a room full of friends and fellow fans – as it should be.

The gig will be happening as soon as real shows can happen safely. It will likely take place between March and September 2021. We know this seems a long time to wait. But we need to raise funds NOW to help the grassroots music venues we all love. And for the lucky prize draw winners, the show will be well worth the wait!

How do I enter the prize draw?

By donating and entering the Prize Draw you agree to the terms and conditions

By selecting the "1 entry for you and a guest" reward and making a £5 minimum donation you will be entered into the prize draw to win entry for you and a friend to see Ash perform at Sneaky Pete's, Edinburgh. You can also enter the prize draw without donating, by post. See terms and conditions for details.

The fundraiser will be open for two weeks and at the end of the campaign, 35 winners, each winning entry for themselves and a friend, will be selected at random.

You can also donate to the campaign without entering the prize draw by donating via the donation only tab.

Where will the money raised go?

Funds raised via this page will directly support both Sneaky Pete's and the Music Venue Trust Crisis Fund, to ensure all threatened grassroots music venues will benefit.
