Aim
We are working hard to combat loneliness and isolation and be there for older people that need ongoing support post discharge.
Every penny you donate stays in Cornwall and helps those in your local community thrive.
We hope that with this Crowdfunder we will be able to raise vital funds to cover volunteer expenses to support people who are isolated and also those that need ongoing support post discharge. Our teams provide vulnerable people in the area with support. Where possible, this will include a daily call or visit, meals / food and shopping.
We have several services that are reliant on the expertise and skills of volunteers and funding will help us to continue to provide these services and meet increasing demand; especially in winter months.
