Aim
PCC's Cabinet have let us down! ACT now need professional legal advice and an initial £5k (possibly a lot more) to continue to fight!
The Cabinet decision on May 21st shows that they care nothing for our village and intend to build their Cathedral to Waste no matter what we put before them. Clearly they will only now respond to a legal challenge and ACT have uncovered grounds to make this approach which, we are advised, has a good chance for a positive outcome for Abermule.
We have set an initial low target of £5,000 to cover work and advice from experts and to start this new phase of our campaign.
Please give what you can. Any residual funds on the conclusion of the campaign will be used for Community Projects for the benefit of Abermule.
