12 Days of Menopause

Aim

Supporting menopause education & awareness to empower women across the world to manage their menopausal journey more positively.

Following setting up a successful menopause peer support group on Facebook we wanted to go that step further in supporting this essential work to raise awareness of this stage in women’s lives

Menopause education, information  & support  should be readily available for women across the globe 

Tackling stigma & misconceptions in this area are so vital to empower women to take control of their own menopause journey 

A group of us from the Facebook group decided to get together & create a ‘musical ensemble’ based around the 12 Days of Christmas traditional compilation 

The technical support & expertise was offered by a member of the groups partner 

We wanted to have fun whilst getting a serious message out there of the daily struggles women face during menopause 

This project successfully funded on 18th January 2021
